The idea for a PC Modhop was created some years ago. The actual start was in Januari 2004.
The foundation for the shop came from the interest for PC modding, searching for new challanges and also the fact that some webshop do not have a great service for their costumers.
The goals for PCModShop are offer good products, for a good price and with as much service as possible.

- asking a question and knowing you will get an answer, even if that will be that we do not have the answer.
- effort from our side to keep you up to date about the process of your order.
- effort from us to help you as good as possible when there are problems with the hardware.

We use a cellular as phone to keep the costs for us as low as possible and it means we also have voice mail when needed. Although we have other means, we kindly ask our costumers to use the electronic mail to contact us.
We are a webshop and do not have a store. Therefore picking up orders is not done without an appointment.
If you would like to pick up the order, you have to mention this in the remark box during the order process.
In that case choose for banktransfer if possible.
Please keep in mind you can pay only cash and we do not have a lot of change in store.

Costumers of PCModShop who ship the orders within the Netherlands can choose from three methodes:
Banktransfer
or
Cash on delivery (Rembours).
or
Transfer via Paypal.
Other methodes we do not (yet) use because of fairly high extra costs for those methodes.
For the paypal option we charge a 3% administration fee over the total amount.
