PCModShop uses TNT for the shipping of the orders.
PCModShop allows only two payment methodes in the Netherlands; Cash on delivery and upfront, and only one payment methode for orders shipping abroad; upfront.
PCModShop does not use live calculation of the shippingcosts anymore, because this has caused several problems in the process of creating the order.
Therefore we use rate tables which are calculated according the rates TNT provides us. We are obligated to calculate 19% VAT over those rates.
The extra (fixed)CoD fee for the Netherlands is € 9,52 (incl 19% VAT).
Although the use of a fixed table, PCModShop has every right to rectify the costs without any dispensation for the costumer.

* When for any reason you have paid too much shippingcosts we will try to refund the extra, minus the costs for transfering the amount.

RMA CONDITIONS
Unfortunately some of the hardware, although carefully used as prescribed by the manufactor, might get or have defects. That is the reason we also have RMA conditions.
When you experience problems with you hardware, we ask you to send us an email and to describe the problems and to include invoice number or order number. We might have a solution without the need of returning the goods to us.
When necessary we will give you an RMA number and further instructions on what to do.
Goods that are sent to us without any information upfront will NOT be accepted by us.
The RMA proposition made by us lasts two weeks. When this period is overdue, one MUST make a new RMA request.

Please attach a short note what the problems/defects are, what you already did and how it was installed when applicable. In all cases state the invoice number.
When we find no defects or defects caused by incorrect use, PCModShop will only return the goods to the costumer after lab- and shipping costs are payed by the costumer. Labcosts are € 15,=
